The HBC Group, one of the leading insurance brokerage groups in the German-speaking region, continues to grow: With the acquisition of the Austrian UMBERIO GmbH and four additional regionally established brokerage firms, HBC sets another strategic milestone in its DACH expansion.
In addition to UMBERIO, the acquisition includes the following companies:
