Anja Kiehne held various leadership positions, primarily in the HR sector of the fashion and retail industries, most recently as Global Head of HR at Taschen Verlag, based in Cologne. “I am very much looking forward to my new responsibilities within the leadership team of the growing HBC Group. Among other things, we will develop new measures for employee retention and the recruitment of new skilled workers for our insurance brokerage subsidiaries within the group, in order to be better able to react to the shortage of skilled workers in the future.” Hauke Martinsen comments: “With Anja, we gain an experienced HR expert who has already proven in previous positions her ability to develop and implement effective cross-departmental and holistic HR strategies and solutions, which are becoming necessary in times of change in the industry.
