North meets South: Saller & Vogl and VERDIE Management join the HBC Group

With the addition of two brokerage firms—Saller & Vogl from Munich and Verdie Management from Hamburg—the HBC Group continues to grow. This brings together regional excellence and decades of market expertise from North and South with a clear goal: to shape the future together with HBC—as equals, entrepreneurial, and close to customers.

For more than 30 years, Saller & Vogl GmbH has stood for personal advice, high professional expertise, and a strong focus on customers. In particular, discerning mid-sized companies as well as self-employed professionals rely
on the expertise of the Munich-based brokerage firm. The two
long-standing managing directors, Richard Vogl and Rupert Saller, will remain on
board and will continue the successful path in close alignment with the HBC Group.

Based in Hamburg, VERDIE Management serves high-net-worth private clients as well as business owners with complex insurance needs. Managing Director Carsten Hoffmann stands for discreet, competent, and solution-oriented advice—an approach that aligns seamlessly with the HBC Group’s self-image.

“Working with HBC enables us to preserve our entrepreneurial freedom while also setting new impulses for growth and specialisation—with a strong network behind us,” says Carsten Hoffmann, Managing Director of VERDIE Management GmbH.

“Our partnerships show that we are attractive to entrepreneurs. Both firms are an excellent cultural and strategic fit for HBC—we are looking forward to what we can achieve together,” adds Christoph Rupp, Head of M&A in the HBC Group.
