Hamburg, March 2023 – The HBC Group is expanding its portfolio through a merger with Schuler Versicherungsmakler GmbH & Co. KG.
This strategic and operational partnership enables both companies to combine their expertise and offer more comprehensive insurance solutions on the market in the future.
Schuler, a long-standing company founded in 1912 by Josef Schuler, has developed into a respected, innovative insurance broker that plays a leading role in the Oldenburg region. Under the management of Uwe Hülsmann, Schuler focuses on advising commercial and industrial clients and has continuously expanded its portfolio in the SME sector in recent years.
